ECHOED REALMS PROCESS

What is Echoed Realms?

A dynamic 1/1/30 art collection featuring 10 x 1/1s in each token (RELM).

Here is some process.

The act of creation and its processes carries the freight of intent behind the art, something which I encourage the viewers to work out themselves. Each piece has different energetic signatures, which can be easy to differentiate like night and day, some are more subtle and require more time to attempt to be understoood.

We become what we think about most of the time is one the main premises in Echoed Realms.

Let’s look at the first pinned artwork, “Nexus Passage”.

The first RELM was minted in 31.12.24, containing 10 1/1s, each with its own starting story.

First, I start with asking the questions what are the parameters of the world? Who are the characters? What are they doing or could be doing?

The first pinned artwork in RELM #1 is uber green with platform 9 ¾ vibes, albeit at night with no wizards. You can view the whole token here (Transient Labs) and check out the listing here (Highlight).

RELM#1 1/1/10 (31.12.24)

RELM#2 1/1/10 (03.03.25)

RELM #2 token draws inspiration from the visionary behind Final Fantasy and JRPG genre, Hironobu Sakaguchi.

Even with its details and story, I made sure that the viewer thinks about each piece on their own and derive their own meaning.

Now that digital art can be tokenised, traded back and forth, or kept securely using code, it feels like these games have taken on a life of their own (figuratively speaking).

RELM#3 1/1/10 (30.04.25)

From a personal standpoint this token’s set of 1/1s were done with future generations of human beings in mind.

RELM 3 continues to build upon the previous token entries and asks questions, investigates and invites the viewer to derive its meaning, if any.

Let’s take a look at Nanacacuīcatl (above). Starting with a bg sketch, followed by characters.
